Is anyone else having trouble finding MC - Sea collection in game?

A friend who also has an old version is not working.🤡🤡🤡🤡
and it should work since I use base content files to avoid this kind of problem🙄🙄🙄🙄
EDIT³: I updated the files, but unfortunately it didn't work on my friend's game, so it probably won't work on versions below 1.116🤡🤡🤡
