[Important Notice!] Patreon Platform July 2022 Suspension Notice

Hello everyone, due to some personal and health reasons of the cooperative illustrator Mujin/Mujinbensin, he has cancelled the cooperation relationship with this platform at present.

After the beginning of July, the Patreon platform will stop updating rewards, and other social networking sites will be closed depending on the situation. Sorry for the troubles caused to fans!

The following has organized the follow-up situation of the platform that membership may want to know. If you have any questions you want to ask, you can leave a message below.

● Will the June rewards still be sent?

○ The June rewards will still be sent by Patreon's messages. Due to the tight schedule, I will try my best to send it out by the end of June.

● What happens next to this Patreon?

○ I will turn on the pause mode of the Patreon platform and suspend all billing cycle of Patreon, all current posts will be deleted.

● Will Patreon still charge me?

○ After suspending Patreon's billing cycle, membership will no longer be charged. If there is a wrong deduction, please feel free to contact me and I will refund you directly.

● Can I join the membership again?

○ Since I will be turning off all member joining functions, new members can't join, and old members can't join once they leave.

● Can the past rewards still be downloaded?

○ Past rewards can still be downloaded, and it is expected that the download link will not be closed within this year, and fans can make backups as soon as possible.

● I am an annual member, what should I do next?

○ First of all, I am sorry that there are many factors beyond my control. For fans who have already joined the annual membership, all Patreon earnings during the cooperation period are directly remitted to the Mujin's PayPal account, he will handle all the payments from Patreon. I do not have any access to this PayPal account, the last payment to his PayPal account was made on June 5, 2022.

※ If you are a fan who joined the annual membership before June 5, 2022, I can't refund you because the money is no longer in this Patreon account. You need to use the email address registered on Patreon to contact the illustrator Mujin and discuss the follow-up with him.

7月上旬以降、Patreonプラットフォームは報酬の更新を停止し、その他のSNSも状況に応じて閉鎖します。ファンの皆様にはご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。

以下、会員が知りたいであろうプラットフォームの状況を整理しました。もし、聞きたいことがあれば、下にメッセージを残していただければ。

● 6月の特典はまだ送られるのでしょうか？

○ 6月の特典はこれまで通りPatreonメッセージでお送りしますが、時間の関係で6月末までにお送りするようにします。

● このPatreonプラットフォームは、その後どうなるのでしょうか？

○ 私はPatreonプラットフォームの一時停止モードを起動し、その後のパトロン料金サイクルをすべて停止し、現在の投稿はすべて削除されます。

● Patreonはまだ課金されるのですか？

○ Patreonの課金サイクルを停止した後、メンバーシップは課金されなくなります。もしPatreon間違った控除があった場合は、直接返金いたしますので、お気軽にご連絡ください。

● またPatreon参加できますか？

○ 新しいメンバーは加入できず、一度脱退したメンバーは再加入できないので。

● 以前のメンバーズ特典をそのままダウンロードすることはできますか？

○ 過去の特典は現在もダウンロード可能で、年内にダウンロードリンクが閉鎖されることはないと思われ、ファンの方は早めにバックアップをとっておくことができます。

● 年会員ですが、その後どうすればいいのですか？

○ まず、私の手に負えない様々な要因があり、申し訳ありません。 年間会員になった方については、Patreonの収益はすべてパトレイバーからの支払いを処理するMujinのPayPalアカウントに直接送られ、私はこのPayPalアカウントにアクセスできないため、彼のPayPalアカウントへの最後の支払いは、2022年6月5日になされました。

※ 2022年6月5日より前に年間メンバーシップに参加したファンの場合、このPatreonアカウントにお金がないため、払い戻しを行うことはできません。

※ 2022年6月5日以降に年会員として入会されたファンの方には、こちらから直接ご返金させていただきます。

● 這個 Patreon 平台之後會怎樣？

○ 我會開啟 Patreon 平台的暫停模式，並暫停 Patreon 後續的一切收費週期，所有現在的貼文都會被刪除。

● Patreon 是否還會對我進行扣款？

○ 暫停 Patreon 的收費週期後就不會再向贊助者收款，如果有錯誤扣款的情況請隨時跟我聯絡，我會直接退款給你。

● 還能再加入會員嗎？

○ 由於我會關閉所有的會員加入功能，所以新會員無法加入，舊會員一旦退出也無法再加入。

● 會員之前的獎勵還能夠下載嗎？

○ 過去的獎勵仍然可以下載，預計今年內都不會關閉下載連結，粉絲可以盡快進行備份。

● 我是年費會員，後續要怎麼辦？

○ 首先我感到很抱歉，有很多因素不是我能控制的，對於已經加入年費會員的粉絲，由於合作期間所有的 Patreon 收益都是直接匯到繪師無人的 PayPal 帳號，由他來處理所有來自 Patreon 上的報酬，而這個 PayPal 帳號我沒有任何瀏覽與操作的權利，目前最後一次匯款到他 PayPal 帳號的日期是 2022 年 6 月 5 日。

※ 如果你是 2022 年 6 月 5 號前就加入年費會員的粉絲，我這邊已經無法進行退款作業，因為錢已經不在這個 Patreon 帳號裡，要麻煩您使用 Patreon 上註冊的 Email 信箱來直接聯絡繪師無人，與他討論後續的處理方法，這是繪師無人目前的聯絡信箱：mujinbensin@gmail.com
