Bohnanza: The Card Game That Hasn't Been Topped In 20 Years
Added 2021-09-17 17:45:42 +0000 UTCI had an epiphany recently - why must I always talk about new games when there are so many older games which deserve a spotlight. But I wanted to do it in a way that is still interesting and useful to those who have already heard of that game.
So, starting with Bohnanza, here is the first (possibly last!) video celebrating a modern classic, telling the history behind the game, and sharing some "if you like this" recommendations.
I truly hope you like it, because I'd like to make more. Game suggestions are welcome.

You recommend the joy of playing games, and not just the next big thing. Camp Wildfire, the problem with sequels, pub and travel games; they have all been so helpful and fun to watch! Thank you. This video also made me remember Bohnanza is in fact the first game I bought from my own pocket money, which got me into modern board/card games as a teenager!
