First part of a longer movie.
The main objective was to give a more heavy/anxious atmosphere to the scene. Blending together erotism and terror. The male is trapped in a most deadly erotic way, with female private part cutting his breath and he really is struggling/panicking to breath.
I like the idea to explore a more anxious, kind of horror, way to tell the story as I think it adds realism to the scene.
