Why haven't I published a finished page?

I really need to say sorry, but sadly, here in the west of Argentina was a big power outage due a big storm, i didn't had electricity since october 28 until i it back in november 1, sadly i don't live in a big city, so the public services focus on bring back their services in the most populed zones first, i live a far away of those zones in a small community so the service didn't have to move a tree who felt on the power lines and mix this problem with a recent fuel shortage, i could say that I experienced Halloween firsthand, but no worries, i'm ok and my tools like my pc and monitor are safe too, so i will be back to work tomorrow to finish the pages, so stay tuned.
