August goodie bag sticker and doodles

Hi guys! I'm here to show you some of the messy concepts of the August goodie bags sticker and some surrounding doodles.

I really enjoy drawing hands so most of the ideas very organically went that direction. There was already so many head oriented stickers that even though I enjoyed some of the concept featuring them I gave it a pass.

After drawing for a while I've decided on drawing the "Danger" lightning hand, aiming to make the lightning itself a glow in the dark part of the sticker. Unfortunately after conversing with the manufacturer, they informed me that they're unable to make some of the parts glow in the dark and the other's not. The whole sticker would glow which made me change my plans since this design wasn't planned around it. It's still cute though~

I had to rethink the whole idea of the sticker. I wanted to stick to the hand + lightning vibe but I wanted to make the whole design simpler and more graphic. I pretty quickly settled on the upper right corner and filled the page with a few concept for a upcoming post in partnership with Pink Punch and one of their products.

The sticker mock-up below has a pastel yellow border to showcase the glow in the dark but the final product will fully glow in all of the white parts ✨ I'm so excited to test them once they arrive!
