Weekly Update + Announcement

Attached is the first and very rough around the edges patch for Red-haired Demon God.

The game is very difficult to translate, and this month I had a lot of setbacks when it comes to it, so I don't have much to show yet. In the patch only the events in the first village's inn/some stuff outside it/database stuff are translated. That said, I have the game fully translated in .txts (can show proof in PMs), so it's just a matter of replacing Japanese with the English text.

One of the aforementioned setbacks was concerning men's carnal voices you see when Succubus Ring is active. The plugin which is used to show this text is really peculiar because for the life of me I can't figure out how it works. Sometimes it shows translated text, sometimes it doesn't. I even tried to match the length of Japanese sentences, but no luck still. But don't worry, I'll crack that egg. 

I'm thinking about releasing patches for the game twice a week, since I wanna show that I'm not going to sit on it for far too long.

There are two folders in the archive. If you have the untranslated game, choose JAP folder.

Despite my previous post, I didn't receive many game suggestions, so we won't be doing a poll (maybe it's your way of saying "just finish translations you're already working on"). 

Instead, I'll be picking up one game a patron suggested to me earlier this month. That game is Immoral Quartet, by AVANTGARDE circle, which is, surprisingly, known for their RPGM games.

I don't have much experience translating VNs, but despite its script engine being hard to work with (look up YU-RIS script engine), I already managed to extract (hopefully) all text from the game. Didn't try to put English text into the game, but it should be easier. The translation, obviously, won't be done soon soon. I will update you all once I have more news about it.
