Holiday Updates

Hello Patrons, it's December which means it's basically Christmas already. Merry Christmas.

I hope you have a restful holiday this season. To join those of you who have overtime hours this month, I'll be grinding extra hard on the animation & streaming.

Jolly Twitch Overlay

The stream has been getting a lot of viewership lately (75-100 concurrent). This is due to my recent push toward Twitch Partner status. My application is under review, and we'll find out if I made it this time within 2-4 weeks (they say). In the meantime, expect the chat to be a little busier this month.

To match the festivities, I pulled out last years holiday assets out of the closet and threw them onto the stream. The overlay has gotten a bit of an update to the layout as well, I think it looks cleaner. 

Yesterday, xStealthx (Da Sassy Owl) dropped some slick dancing animations for the corner avatar. I took full advantage of his fine work:

GG vs Oxob Progress

We're approaching the halfway point, which means I'll be tackling "Chorus 2" part of the track. Like I explained back in October about Chorus 1, these choral sections of the animation need extra polish and spectacle to fit the musical 'drop'. 

Good news is that this scene will be quicker to produce; I'll be focusing on the backgrounds and not character animation.
