FINAL: December 2018 Poster ("Arzon's Big Idea")

For our final monthly poster, I decided to do another vertical poster. I am actually quite fond of the format, it really gives a story book vibe! Of course, since it's the holiday season, I also wanted to put GG into a snowy setting. My biggest inspiration for this poster (and all of my detailed illustrations) is Jan Brett, the children's book author/artist.

The character Arzon is another OC from the world of online stick figures. I really commend the creator's tenacity and diligence to produce multiple episodes. This is something I hope to pursue in 2019.

What is Arzon's big idea? I imagine a story where Arzon and Gildedguy agree to street fight each other to get famous, but with a way more famous 3rd party to interfere.

You can read more details about why I'm discontinuing the speed-paints in last month's update. But the gist is I want to replace the speed-paints with speed-battles, similar in scale to story #1.

It's worth repeating: Thank you guys for funding all these posters and speedpaints.

Being able to regularly exercise my digi-painting skills definitely leveled me up as an artist. And the speedpaints gave the general audiences something to enjoy while waiting for the big anims to come out.
