Megumu and the Stars of Destiny

Power and Complexity are the big ones, but Megumu features a different kind of budget: Card Selection. But Moogs! Card Selection is a type of Power! Yes my little fairy, but the devil is in the details.
Like a carnival tarot reader with a gambling addiction, Megumu discards and draws cards and every turn looking for that moment the stars align. Other characters such as Doremy and Jo'on & Shion have more control over what they cycle, but are time-limted or amount-limited in ways Megumu is not.
Megumu's spell card gives her a second hand cycle opportunity, along with the chance to explode some girls. Careful with this, unlike the Ability, you don't know what you're gonna get after you activate the spell. It's very "spray and pray."
