Familiar Faces: Cameo Midbosses

In May 2021 we released the Heroine Midbosses, these midbosses had an Ability that activated when they were defeated. Today we bring you another one midboss in that style, plus three more with a new style.

Cirno comes in as another Heroine midboss. Defeating her starts a slow freeze on the current player. However her Assist Action is a repeatable Demon Book as well as immunity to mob attacks. This fairy is just trouble all around.

Each of the other three midbosses has an Ability that activates when they are encountered. Functionally they act as mini-incidents where violence is the solution.

Nue summons another mob that acts as her shapeshifted form, forcing you to defeat that form before you can damage her. It's just an extra point of damage though, should be easy to handle and you get a nice reward out of it!

Kogasa is a fun card. She keeps getting reshuffled into the mob deck and popping out with other mobs, attacking every time she shows up. You could stop this cycle of violence by not participating, but where's the fun in that?

In the end though, we meet Yuyuko. This enlightened ghost summons more and more mobs from the netherworld. Dangerous to fight, and dangerous to leave alone, you must face death either way.
