The Tutor's Descent Ch. 04 - Preview 4

Hey all, this preview is short and rough, but I will share more soon. Thanks for the patience.

“Wow, that was so hot. You’ve been on one lately, eh?” Daniel murmured, wiping his jaw.

“Have I?” She asked sweetly, feigning innocence, and curious if her recent libido changes had raised any suspicions.

“Uhhh, yeah! I’ve never seen you like this.”

“Hmmm, I guess I have been pretty turned on lately. Probably just really taking advantage of how stress relieving it is when I’m finally not drowning in school work…” The conversation was interrupted by Olivia’s phone, which started buzzing incessantly. A pit in her stomach warned her that Matt might be overstepping again, and she picked up the device anxiously, peeling herself from Daniel’s chest. It was a call from Mrs. Taylor. “It’s your mom,” she stated, giving her nerves an extra second to relax before answering. “Hi, Mrs. Taylor… Oh right, Kate,” she forced a giggle. “Uh huh… Oh, well thanks… Hm, I see. Yeah, I think I could make that work. Sure. I’ll text you my availability. Okay. Alright, bye!”

Daniel waited for the explanation with a raised eyebrow. “I guess Matt has another big test coming up, and she wants to up the sessions to be daily now, since they are seeing such great results,” she clarified.

“Every day? Doesn’t that seem kinda excessive?”

“Maybe. I dunno. There is a lot of material to get through, and the time goes by really fast.”

“Especially when you’re dumb as a doorknob,” Daniel mumbled.

“Hey! Don’t be mean! He’s making really great progress, you know.” Olivia caught herself, feeling apprehensive to defend the younger brother too passionately, given the seedy nature of their relationship. “I’m not gonna lie, the pay is pretty hard to ignore as well. At this rate, I’ll be able to afford to finally ditch my P.O.S car…”

“Is he still talking shit and being a weirdo?” Daniel asked accusingly.

“He’s… still his strange old self, but I think I’m helping him come out of his shell,” Olivia knew she was treading on unstable ground, and tried to keep her comments generic despite hating herself for having to harbor the true ugly mess she was currently in.

“Out of his shell? I don’t understand why you’re doing anything other than helping him with school…”

Olivia felt dread at his last remark. She felt the inclination to argue from a place of her compassionate intentions; to explain that his brother was a nuanced person in need of guidance, and that if she could assist him in ways that went beyond the scope of his academic education, then she was going to do just that. On the other hand, the disturbing reality was that she had strayed so far from that original role, and though she still had those convictions, it was difficult to justify anything given the things they’d done to each other. Bathed in the glare of her boyfriend’s incriminating stare, Olivia felt resentment take root—anger at Daniel for his cold lack of sympathy, and inward contempt for her deficient self-control which allowed Matt to take advantage of her kindness.

“I’m just trying to help… Can we talk about something else?” The feelings bubbling up were volatile, and Olivia wanted the conversation to end, even though she knew she was being cowardly. Daniel agreed to drop the subject, though he was clearly unsatisfied with her answer. There was a faint tension in the air for the rest of the evening as they watched a TV show before calling it a night.

Olivia felt reinvigorated leading up to her next session. Though she’d fucked up, she had the opportunity to steer back onto the right path. She paused at the doorway, anticipating Matt’s inevitable touchy greeting, and his lack of movement left her awkwardly unsure of how to proceed for a moment. He acknowledged her with a casual raising of his chin, but made no attempts to mildly assault her with an inappropriate welcome as had become customary.

Matt’s intuition instructed him to approach with caution, supported by the fact that she’d cut the texting short the previous night. He resisted the urge to physically greet her, and remained seated, which seemed to surprise the woman. As he observed her approach, it was clear her guard was up, and he doubled down on his efforts to remain docile for the time being. He felt he needed to balance out the recent aggression he’d been showing towards her.

“So you got some big tests around the corner?”

“Yeah.”

“Alright, well, let’s get into it!” It was obvious that something was off, but Olivia decided not to be the one that was distracted during this rare opportunity in which he was completely mellow. They tackled Chemistry, the subject of his first upcoming exam, and one that he struggled with. After making some significant progress reviewing all of the material his class had covered thus far, Olivia couldn’t stop herself from prying a little. “Everything okay?”

Matt shrugged. She hadn’t seen him like this since their first sessions together. “What’s going on? You can tell me.”

“It just sucks that my brother gets to be with you whenever he wants, and I’m stuck here alone…”

Olivia wasn’t sure how to respond. Were his expectations of her really that far gone? Was he actually sad, or just trying to manipulate her? Is this just a pathetic reaction to her choosing not to participate in last night’s dirty texts? “Uhhh, well… He and I are dating. So… That’s kind of how that works…”

Matt let out a long, painful sigh before speaking again. “I feel like I finally got a taste of the good life, and then to be reminded that it’s not actually for me… That fucking hurts…” His words surprised him as they left his lips. His original intention was to throw his tutor a curveball, and try to work a different angle; but he found himself suddenly disclosing a truth to her.

Olivia felt his sincerity, and was reminded of her own difficult past in dealing with rejection and feeling undesired. How can I still pity this man that has caused me so much trouble? “Look, I get it. I’ve been there,” she said compassionately, placing a hand on his thigh. “I’m going to help you. I am not available, but we’re gonna find someone who is, okay?”

“Okay.”

“What about that girl you told me about? The one you were working up the courage to talk to.”

“I made her up. I was talking about you.”

“Oh… I probably should’ve figured that…”

Matt laughed, which in turn made her giggle. It was a welcome break from the uneasiness of the conversation. Olivia felt something nudging against her fingers, and looked down to see that a bulge had grown down his leg. She left her hand in place and gazed into his eyes. “I should go.”

“Please,” he muttered simply.

“We can’t keep doing this.”

“You have to find me a girlfriend first,” he argued, grinning mischievously.

Olivia smiled back at the absurdity of the joke, and felt his erection grow to its full size beneath her palm. She couldn’t hide from the fact that she wanted to play with his big dick again, and somehow the new agreement that it would be a temporary service enabled her to rationalize the behavior. Matt must have sensed her faltering, because he took her wrist, shuffled out of his shorts, and placed her fingers on his bare cock. She squeezed the warm hardness on instinct, feeling aroused by how he had basically forced it into her hand again. She was learning that being dominated a little was a major turn on.
