Toe-tally TERRIFYING

The nail creaked and groaned, then ripped free with a tiny, wet tear. Meagan's toe bled, and Art dropped the nail to the ground.
He repeated the process on her other middle toe, Meagan's screams growing louder and more desperate. Her toes spurted blood, pooling on the floor. When Art finished, Meagan's middle toes were bloody and raw, the nails lying on the ground like tiny trophies. Art's grin grew wider, his eyes gleaming with a manic intensity as he gazed at Meagan's mutilated feet.
