We got as much done as we could this month with how busy it was in the team's personal lives and getting the new programmer, Wind Chimes, set up with the system. You can now play the final section of the Step 2 prologue! These prologues are always such a massive undertaking. It's great to finally have it checked off.
If you're at the highest tier, you can leave your suggestions for additional choice options/MC reactions for these new scenes in the post prior to this one. I can't add a link like I usually do because I'm on a trip and scheduled this post in advance. As I'm writing this, there's nothing to link to.

And since we've had some problems in the past with so many people downloading beta builds that they get locked out by Google Drive, I've uploaded mirror builds! If the first ones listed don't work, you can try these.

Or you can bypass the quota by logging in to a Google Drive account, then on the file's download page, click "Add shortcut to Drive" in the upper right corner. Save it to your Drive, then create a new folder, put it inside, and download the folder!
Save files from the prior beta should work in this beta!

I just finished the beta from start to end of Step 2's prologue and I must say, I'm so impressed?! I did notice some dialogue pop-up delay during the second half of the Step 2 prologue (like half a second delay) compared to the usual smoothness so I'm not sure if that is an issue! Other than that, I'm in love with how the story is progressing!! Can't wait for more!

2025-10-07 13:53:16 +0000 UTCI must confess, I hadn't played through the Step 2 prologue since it ended right before the kids headed off to school. I finally did now that it's done. My MC is trans and I've been mulling over when I him to realize/come out and when Ren rolled up with a dysphoria hoodie and a skateboard to my MC, also in a dysphoria hoodie with a skateboard, I finally had my answer. This following the prior scene where my MC has made it clear he hates Vianca's guts??? And Ren wants to be accepted by her??? I momentarily forgot about Qiu and Tamarak I'm not gonna lie. Absolutely stunning unintentional paralell, 10/10, no notes. Sorry for the long comment I'm giddy and have no one to talk to about this LOL. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience!! 🏳️⚧️
