[Text Transcript]

Hey! Here's this month Q&A. I don't think there's ever been one over an hour and thirty minutes before, haha. I hope you enjoy the answers if you listen/read over the transcript.

I genuinely forgot that I asked a question here XD Thanks for answering the Project W Question, reading about the posts for the game and the changes compared to the start made me really curious about it and discovering that the MC can be named after us and I assume has pronouns choice too is really cool and makes me even more excited, I was a bit "scared" about it maybe being like XOXO where even if the name is your name you must play as a girl (obviously nothing wrong with a girl as MC, just a personal issue of mine where it makes me uncomfortable playing as one even if I'm trying to work on that) so it's cool I can chose everything :) Also I don't really mind being unable to chose the clothes, I actually love the uniform idea, I don't remember if the uniform is a school or work one but either way this kinda gives me Twisted Wonderland vibes, it's cool. I'm honestly really excited for this project :)

Thank you for another Q&A!

Amber Jordan

Thank you for answering my questions😁 It was a very fun Q&A as ususal!

I'm hoping Qiu doesn't mind dancing together with the MC when they are by themselves (such as in the Ballroom after ballet class, like they did in Step 1).

Psykes

I've been there too. I ended up looking up the phonetics and pronunciation for it that's how I ended up learning it. I thought it was pronounced ki-u or Chi-u before

Ingrid

Okay so then Qiu is simply attending general lessons such as maybe intermediate ballet without participating in the choreography for the recital. Thank you for the clarification.

Qiu has never been a competitive dancer. Qiu only did some holiday performances as a child for family/friends but doesn't in Step 2. In Step 2 they only attend the normal practice lessons, though they aren't even sure what they're going to do with this skill they're maintaining since they don't want to perform with others.

Oh gosh I only now realized I've been pronouncing Qiu wrong this whole time in my head. I thought it was pronounced like the letter Q. Oops.

So I’m still a bit confused on Question 2, normally American ballet companies have end of the year dance recitals that showcase what the students have learned. It’s a 3-4 day event where each dance level performs their choreography that they’ve been working on for months. Monthly shows aren’t really a thing unless for holidays or if the dancer was a competitive dancer. Competitive dancers are a group of dancers that were evaluated by the dance instructors to enter into the competitive team. Once they pass the evaluation, they are put into classes that reflect their skill level and are trained in lessons as well as taught choreography for the shows. This means more days spent in the studio and costs more money since they need costumes for every dance they participate in. So is Qiu a competitive dancer who stepped down from that team?

Thanks for your answers as usual! Also, it will never cease to amuse me that to people in the states, drinking before 21 is "underage drinking" - I always get weirded out when I see mentions to that before I remember not all countries have it at 18 haha
