It’s coming. Paizuri University version 0.3.20!!!

We’ve added a heap, and polished a bunch, with a little bit extra even! Chapter 4 has begun!

We’re still wrapping up Chapter 3, with one more animation to come, and finishing off it’s Bonus scene. But by the next Patron release next month, Chapter 3 will be 100% complete and Chapter 4 fully underway!

And with the recent change in release schedule, we really feel like we got everything we wanted to in for this release, plus being able to thoroughly play test! Yay~!

Dialogue tweaks and grammar fixes.
The gallery has been updated with the new stuff!
Minor continuity pass. Making sure things are consistent.
Minor sounds added to dialogue.
A whole heap of neatening up and polishing bits and pieces.

Engine

Your last quick save will now be underlined in the Save / Load menu.
Hovering over Quick / Auto Save now displays the save info in the Save / Load menu.
Invalid Save files will no longer attempt to load.
New Text Symbols added to be used in dialogue~!
Dialogue will ignore wait timers while skipping for faster skipping.
Runtime Game Memory debugging and editing.
Improvements to Z-Script Analyzer. Helps find more bugs in Z-Script.
FIXED - Disabled HW Statistics gathering. We only found out recently that this feature was on, and it was triggering firewalls for some people. It should no longer happen~!! >_<
BUG FIX - Fixed issue with scrolling images of particular dimensions not scrolling correctly.
BUG FIX - Fixed issue with scrolling screens sometimes preventing you from clicking in the next scene.
Lots of little bugs fixed!

What Next?

Next we’re finishing up Chapter 3’s art (H-Scenes, Frames, Avatars) in the next week or two.

We’ll also be preparing the next public release, which will give people a little taste of Chapter 3 and the explorable areas!

Zuri Sama will be doing some additional passes on Chapter 4’s draft, and Buka Chan will get some rough art concepts of the new scenes in too.

We are also making plans for a couple longer quests, but we’re still extending out the adventure parts with an additional new explorable area in Chapter 4 to help with creating “deeper” quests.

As we’re finishing things off, we’ll post some announcements throughout the coming weeks to let you know what we’re up to!
