[Development] UI Almost Complete!

Hello everyone!

The UI update is almost complete! And boy is it messy making them in Unity sometimes.

So what's new with the UI?

The Options menu is basically the same (functionally), but now includes support to display the game in full-screen and any resolutions supported by your computer.

The Save and Load UI has also been completely updated and rewritten to use pages. This will let you save 3 different game progresses per page to do a little bit of save game management. The thumbnails now also work!

The Gallery also got a re-write, changing the way it is organized to take into account some features I'll be adding a little later. It can also now display during game so you can re-view those images you've unlocked whenever you want. ; )

I also added a Notification system, so you will receive a little pop up notification at the top of the screen when you do unlock new gallery images.

The dialogue system can now show different colors for different characters. Making it a little easier to tell who's talking with the UI changes.

There are still a few things that need to be adjusted and tweaked, like polishing the support for different aspect ratios, but for the most part it displays "correctly".
