[Progress Dump] October~!!!

Hey y’all,

Last month we set out to bring y’all a number of lewd art while we continued to work on stories and the Memento Engine.

Even though not everything went exactly as planned, hitting only 7 out of 8 images. It has given Buka Chan a lot more freedom to practice, try new things, and draw characters they wouldn’t normally be able to do. Which is great!

But here’s what else we got up to this month!

Behind the Scenes

• The story for Anna’s Private Investigation is finished.
• A new short story (finished) with branching dialogue written for the Memento Engine.
• The Memento Engine got a major update, managing and loading content on the fly, as well as a few other neato goodies for us to use.
• We’ve also decided not to run a Discord Community. Instead, we’ve decided it would be better to focus our efforts on lewd art streams.

What’s Next?

Buka Chan will be creating more lewds this month, with the first two being of Summer and Tiffany! How exciting!

Buka Chan is also getting a new drawing tablet for their computer, to help them with streaming. We’ll be doing a few test streams once they get it, so expect some posts to let y’all know when those will take place.

We’ll also run some new polls and another committee survey to help us shape the kinds of lewd art you’d like to see.

Zuri Sama is working on a new short story involving a Librarian that was voted on several months ago. They’ll be using the Memento engine, to put a lot of the new features to the test and to iron out any problems that the engine has. Unknown Sen will be helping with that too.

We’re predicting 6 lewd arts this month, while we mix in art for the stories again. But our aim will always be for 8.

And that’s it!

The latest changes have been… well... ...weird… as we change things up and make the transition to something that fits with the direction we’re trying to go.

It has also been a very rough year for everyone, including Patrons. Losing a number of Patrons to uncontrollable circumstances, as the year seems to be getting tougher. But we’ll persevere, and make sure to keep doing our best for y’all!
