Changes are safe to update from previous ORomance Plus versions!
You can access a "secondary" spouse's home cooked meal via the ORomance relationship window, it will only show up if she is a non-vanilla spouse and hasn't given you a meal in 24 hours.
Being the harbinger of the companion's guild now gives the same amount of fame equivalent to being a thane of 5 holds, as it is a very prestigious title in Skyrim.
