WIP: Lavender Mermaid π¬β¨ + my sketch & feature Friday! π

Hereβs a drawing Iβm currently working on that will be my first drawing for Mermay this year! π₯° I have sooo many concept ideas of different mermaids to draw throughout the month π For this one I wanted to try out a lavender color palette since I rarely use that color in my work, and I also wanted to experiment with a somewhat difficult pose. Fun fact: I actually posed for this drawing and took a picture to use as a reference! ππ do you ever use yourself as a reference? β¨
This upcoming month I have so many exciting content ideas that I canβt wait to share with you! π Itβs going to be a water-themed month and Iβm planning on making some fun step-by-step tutorials that will be based on water π₯° stay tuned!! β¨
