November & December Request Form

Hey everyone. This month, I want to open my request form up to a more inclusive standard. Instead of restricting you to a list of a couple kinks to choose from, I want to open the form up to accept anything.

**** I am extending this form through to December as well. I keep the ideas even after the months are over so there's still a chance your suggested character will be drawn****

You can still submit as many as you'd like, and now, instead of choosing from a radio button list of options, you can now submit a specific kink. You also have the option to leave that part blank in case you'd want me to decide. And vice versa, you can leave the character spaces blank and provide me with just a prompt and let me take it from there.
