2017-07-26 01:36:03 +0000 UTCits very likely that your browser and antivirus combination is not correctly hashing the exe file during scan and preventing it from running/uncompressing the right way... Ive never had any trouble merging the files nor opening the exe. I use chrome+kaspersky+7zip
