I have been playing around with an application called Clip studio paint and it has some very neat animation tools, especially for the frame by frame animation I'm trying to do. The animation tools seem straight forward but I need to play around with the regular drawing tools more before I can start working on any proper project. I will probably start with some simple loop like to get my bearings strait.
