I couldn’t upload any progress yesterday — had to spend the evening with my family. But here are the results so far:
Added a small tuft on the head (thanks to Cachomon for the suggestion!)
Eye area is rigged
Finished some touch-ups on the mouth (the controllers now slide nicely on top of the mesh)
Added widgets to the controllers and did some file cleanup
What’s left to do?
The eyeballs still need tweaking — they don’t look very appealing and cause visual issues when rotated
Cleanup of mesh names — only keeping the ones I actually need
That’s pretty much it for now! I’ll keep updating you all on the process. Might even ask for some help with decisions 😉

2025-06-29 05:22:21 +0000 UTCThank you so much! Adding stuff isn't hard at this stage, hard stuff will be remaking something, like completely change the glove for example. This is like finished base we can add on top of it, but changing the base requires time. Slightly tweak the model is allowed, but need to be careful especially for face because it uses several helper models to keep that shape also 😅 I'm not really sure about commissions or course, but i have those in mind. I'll let you know when i do it! 😉

My only question (and obv it’s up to you) - When I look up pictures of the character, he has a pink/red mouth and a small row of teeth at the top. Is that something that is easy to add at this stage or would that be something that would set you back several days and require re-rigging? (I genuinely don’t know) Overall he looks AMAZING. If you ever take on commissions or start a course where you teach your skills, I’m gonna be first in line!
