230 - Coke

Looking at Bee next to him, Alex was happy that Bee had managed to fight someone in the real world, because even though he had bought Bee to help with his security, Alex had never needed Bee to fight, so Bee was just a friend and a means of getting around for Alex.

Seeing Alex's polite behavior, Tsunade realized that this might be a good opportunity and also smiled as she shook his hand. "We haven't met yet, but I've heard a lot about you, Daimyo Alex."

"Good things, I assume." Alex said.

"Yes, I really don't think I've heard anything bad about you." She was surprised to realize that, since everyone in this world had at least one piece of bad information about a person.

"Good." Alex smiled as he lowered his glasses and went back to drinking his Coke.

The day was very hot, so he drank a lot of coke to cool down.

As an ice mage, he could use ice magic to cool off, but he thought it would be too conspicuous and avoided using magic among normal people if he didn't need to.

Seeing Tsunade's curious expression, Alex looked at his hand and asked. "Do you want to try this?"

"What's that?" Tsunade asked curiously before she accepted.

Thinking about how to answer, Alex said. "Something like a juice, but with an artificial flavor, made for drinking on hot days in another world."

"Another world?" Tsunade asked even more confused.

"Try this." Alex ignored her question and handed her the can he drank from.

Looking at the red can in her hand, Tsunade didn't know if she should drink it or not.

This drink was in a metal can, something she had never seen before, especially since she couldn't see anything inside the can, as if everything was black.

But since the weather was very hot and the can in her hand was very cold, Tsunade started to think about it, and since she thought that Alex was drinking it himself, maybe it wouldn't do her any harm, so she finally imitated Alex and drank through the hole in the metal can.

When she felt the cold drink flow into her mouth, Tsunade was very relaxed, but in the next moment, she went on alert when she felt her tongue start to burn, as if there was something dangerous on it.

Being an experienced medium ninja, Tsunade quickly applied chakra to her mouth to neutralize the poison, but surprisingly, she didn't find any poison.

Unable to think of anything better to do, Tsunade didn't dare to swallow and spat it all out on the floor while looking at Alex in an offended way.

"Because it was poison! Why did you try to poison me?" She asked angrily.

"It's not poison, it's because the drink is carbonated, so when you drink it, the gas comes out of the drink and bubbles up in your mouth." Alex explained as she looked at the spilled coke on the floor.

Seeing that Alex was really upset that she had spit it out and that his explanation seemed really sincere, Tsunade looked at the can in her hand doubtfully and wondered if she should drink it again.

The sensation was very strange, but since the weather was so hot, she appreciated how cold this drink was.

Seeing her doubt, Alex took another can of Coke from System for 1 GP and opened it in front of her.

The sound of gas coming out of the can was like music to Alex's ears in the current climate.

"See? That's the gas coming out of your mouth." Alex explained before she drank from her new can.

Tsunade was surprised that Alex had made a can appear out of nowhere, but curiosity finally got the better of her and she plucked up the courage to drink it again.

Now that she could finally taste it, Tsunade realized that this drink was very tasty!

Without being afraid of the gas, she was able to enjoy this new sensation and she liked it very much!

Seeing that Tsunade was enjoying her coke, Alex nodded in satisfaction.

By this time, Bee had gone back to playing with the children, so Alex went back to where his ice chair had been, used magic to restore the ice to the chair, and sat down again, enjoying the tranquility of life in this village once again, watching Bee play.

While things were also fun in Marvel's world, but since everything there was very dangerous and the people very treacherous, Alex enjoyed this time as a vacation, but thinking about Anna, Alex realized that he had to do something about her.
