Multiple Emails to vote a single person. It isn't that hard to tell who it is as most of their emails are really similar along with their answers. That suggestion does sound good. I'll look into it.

It may be a little extra work, but I’d say maybe all patrons have to send you the email they use for the survey, make a list or excel, and then any emails that appear that aren’t connected to a patron should be disqualified
