And, after a disastrous initial season, the series finally reached the coveted rank of "above average"—though it never went on to be remembered as fondly as its contemporaries. 2025-06-17 01:47:59 +0000 UTCAs one of the few kids that took the bait of the “Heroes Reborn” storyline in the comics (image creators rebooting Marvel heroes in a modern timeline). I was late to this show and dying for some FF content—or any superhero content back then. I’ll never forget the disappointment of getting up at 6am to be met with that god awful season 1 theme song. Even my kid brain knew I was being fed something less than Spidey TAS and Xmen. I still convinced myself to like it though and own the DVDs 😂
