Talking Simpsons - The Ziff Who Came to Dinner With Chris Cabin

"This guy's the one what done the thing that why you're here for! I'm talking malfeasance here!" - Moe Szyslak

Disgraced internet billionaire Artie Ziff returns as a rafter-sucking attic-dweller who eventually finds himself consensually living in the same home with Marge—his former flame. But when Homer ends up taking the blame for Ziff's many crimes against investors, the latter finds he only needs a little hot Bouvier loving to do the right thing.

Wow. Was Chris Cabin reading my IMDb? Dead Silence, Star Trek Discovery, Star Trek Brave New World. Naming all the hits. 🤣

I went to the Game Over panel at Comic-Con 2003 because the Futurama and Simpsons panels were being held in the same auditorium afterwards. The audience LOVED a reference to Vice City. In retrospect that was probably the high point of the whole experience for the producers.

Perspective of somebody who first watched this episode as a child: I was very confused by the scene where Artie explains his tragic backstory, I didn't know what a "tech bubble" was, so I thought that everyone left because he farted in the pool

Did anyone else find it weird that the episode ends with Artie being disgusted by smoking but also talks about how he's attracted to Selma, who constantly smokes?
