Since a lot of you have been asking: even with the new rules starting August 27th, this tier is still available worldwide! All Charming Collector items are shipped as letter mail, which means (as of now) they won’t be affected by the new regulations. I’ll keep a close eye on the situation and if anything changes, you’ll hear from me right away! But for now everything stays just as it is <3
