Morning All! Please turn in the google form by Saturday!

Seeing as all the art will be delivered on the 30th of Nov I would appreciate if you could all get the form completed by the 28th.
With the forms the sooner you turn them in the better ( I've already completed one of the commissions) it gives me more time to get the art done.
The 28th is the latest date I can see me being able to turn around and complete a piece of art before the 30th so that is why I'm cutting it off there. thank you for your understanding and I'm so glad to have all you wonderful supporters!
