2025-11-09 21:00:11 +0000 UTCThe fun part about listening to an audio meant to help you relax, is finding the time to actually listen to the audio and relax ๐ I've never really found it particularly easy to practice meditation/visualization, but this one worked โบ๏ธ Obviously your voice is soothing, but there's something about being reminded that it's okay to just breathe and let go, even for a moment, that feels incredibly calming. Though I did almost fall asleep...and I almost forgot about my bread in the oven. So thank you ๐

I woke up with so many thoughts swirling around, so this audio was such a perfect way to start the day. How about a tooth fairy? (I recently watched Rise of the Guardians with my baby cousin. Itโs such a good movie ๐) Sheโd be whispering sparkly affirmations one moment, then panicking when someone wakes up and she has to play it off like she wasnโt just stealing teeth ๐
