So. Here's my current plan. (question at the end)

Starting Monday, I’ll be starting the (long-overdue) three-session weeks (currently Monday-Wednesday-Friday), so around twelve sessions per month.  I’ll be considering upping that to four per week once I reach a to-be-determined higher tier on my Patreon, but for now, this is a good place to be.  This gives me some time to do a few things that are, likewise, long overdue.

Firstly, I’ll be going through the blog and retagging the entire thing properly.  I only got up to, like, episode eight last time I tried, and then work and life issues drove me underground.  To maintain my sanity, I’ll be doing one episode’s worth per day, adding the bloggin tag that’s going to be the chrono tag for LWU going forward, updating character and joke tags, and generally cleaning up any errors I find.  The subloggin tag is going to stay; things like subloggin and otgwbloggin and madokabloggin and whatever my Patreon supporters vote for after that will cover
“eras” of LWU.  Once I start a new show as my “primary”, every post in that “era” will gain that show’s bloggin tag, and when I do episodes of already-caught-up shows, those will have both their own tag and the current era’s tag.

Secondly, on my days off, I’m about to start recording a blind playthrough of a game I promised a long time ago, and will be completing it before posting any of it to prevent spoilers.  A posting schedule is something I’ll have to figure out as I go, but it’ll be fun to add something in!

Thirdly, in that vein, I’m going to be consolidating my Youtube presence and setting up a new, centralized Loreweaver channel; this is for a few reasons.  Partially it’s because those old videos were terrible.  Partially it’s because a couple of the people involved in those videos are no longer in my life for very angering reasons.  Partially it’s for branding; I’ve finally got something of mine to take off, and it’s time to bring my creative endeavors under that banner.  I’ll be setting these things up soon, and probably commissioning some artwork and such for the channel once my whole rent/bills/loans situation becomes more stable.

Fourthly, I’m going to figure out a schedule I can start streaming on Twitch again.  We’ll see when that happens and how often, but I want to make it a Thing once or twice a week, probably Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This also brings up a new issue, and one I will be asking both the Tumblr and Patreon crowds: should I set up a payment method for Twitch streams?  Should I add that to the Patreon myself?  Should I just leave it be, because while it was mentioned in my original Patreon pitch, it’s been a while and people have been pledging just for the blog?  At this point I’m leaning towards that third option, but I did want to ask you all.

Anyways, I’m taking the weekend off, both because holy crap Crunch Week playing merry hob with my sleep schedule and also because there’s a HUUUUUGE Path of Exile expansion coming out in, like, seventeen hours that I’m barely able to contain my excitement for.  I WILL be answering asks over the next few days, though!  See you guys then :)
