During last month's annual patron survey (the overall results of which I'll be sharing soon), one of the earliest, clearest conclusions was a collective enthusiasm for more furniture assets. I followed up on this with a patreon poll to be extra-sure and now I have for you Furniture Assets 8, a set I likely wouldn't have slotted into the rotation until the end of the year.
It likely goes without saying that the pack contains a healthy blend of new versions of existing themes as well as forays into what were previously missing elements from the library (pillow clusters, potted plants, birdbaths, massage tables, hanging hats, freestanding ladders, and more). I also put a bit more emphasis on including more "filled" variants of furniture for shelves, tables, and the like to try and continue to help facilitate expedient laying down of authentic looking furniture without necessarily having to drag+and+drop every little item.
Furniture Assets 8 Contains:
New bedding, mattresses, headboards, and pillows
New basin, toilet, privacy screen
New hanging clothing, hats, and fabrics as well as rod to drape them from
New curtains, hearth, chandelier, chests, chairs, braziers, books
First time additions to a massage table, birdbaths, freestanding ladder, toolbox
Scores of "pre-potted" plants
Several pre-filled variants of shelves, tables, coat racks, wall hooks, and item clusters to make the furnishing process of a map as easy as possible
My example map of a dwelling carved into a mountainside; arrives with and without grid, unfurnished, and in VTT-compressed variations.
*the Megapack system has been overhauled slightly, see here for more details
The Dungeondraft-ready conversion of Furniture Assets 8 contains all of the standard assets as objects within the pack as well as colorable counterparts of most of the available assets. Enjoy!
Enjoy!
