Today is a "double header" of asset releases due to the way things shook out this month and the first up to feature is Academy Assets 3. The "academy" series serves as a catch-all pack for any manner of assets that might fall within a "magical school" environment as well as general academia, research, or simply upper-crust urban life.

Academy Assets 3 ZIP Download

Academy Assets 3 includes:

A new, fancier building style appropriate for a well-off academic campus in a few varieties of sizes and shapes (along with seamless parts of itself for personal construction).
A couple of "fancy" styles of cabinets and matching desks, prefilled book shelves in a different approach than other shelves of the same type, and a new set of glass terrariums
A whole slew of academic tools for the apothecarium, equipment specifically for book-repair, fencing, and awards for academic competitions (or anything else).
A half dozen new books, new book clusters that are a little more tidy looking than the ones originally contained in Academy 1, as well as a few more standing book clusters so that we don't have to keep tapping back to the same ones time and time again when we don't feel like manually arranging each and every book.
4 new statuettes, 5 new statue busts of various professorial types, maps, mannequins, spell components, arcane devices, and more!
And of course, the "example" map displaying some of the potential uses of the pack, in this case with a particular highlight on the set's available buildings (shout out to Garden Assets 2 as an excellent pairing here).

Dungeondraft

The Dungeondraft-ready conversion of Academy Assets 3 contains everything therein as an object within the mapmaking program. You'll also find a major chunk of those objects as a colorable counterpart and a path for the roofing style featured here (it's design did not fit the specific needs required for DD's roofing tool).
