The Wailing Maiden

Okay--I swear I didn't rig the polling system to favor the 'Ships & Sailing' outcome, but seeing as how that was what you all voted for, consider this a glimpse of things to come!

The Wailing Maiden is a smuggling vessel that was designed in part with the help of fellow patron Zack Little. As you can see from the armored plating on its front end and the twin ballistas on the main deck the ship is fairly well equipped for when encounters get a little... dicey.

Below ground--in addition to the bunk beds, common area, and captain's quarters--you'll also notice three different hidden compartments built into the ship to assist it in its smuggling ways. One located in the wall by the captain's bed, and two more still hidden behind a false wall and in the back of a storage cabinet, these all help the crew keep their more nefarious cargo away from prying eyes when trying to make port.

In the map pack you'll find variations like the one featured above without a grid overlay and an option that features the deck as 'empty' so that you can fill it with props of your own. And of course, I included similar variations of the ship, but with each deck isolated as its own PNG file for easier VTT play.
