Hello all!
Per our poll last month, assets for a Stone Castle were voted the next focus of our patron-supported Public Assets pack. As was noted in the poll, this pack features a little less on smaller, 'decorative' (not sure if that's the best word) assets in favor of larger, more structural pieces that systemically cooperate with each other more smoothly. It's pretty likely I'll return to this theme before long with some 'Royalty Assets' or something similar to give you thrones, carpets, dining tables, etc. to populate your castles with.
Instead, this time around you'll find 100+ rooms (made with a couple of new textures I made just for these) in variations with and without a grid (the stone texture floor I drew is also set to a grid, though it's a bit more subtle than an actual grid) and an accompanying set of hallways and ALSO the basic accoutrements you'd expect to need like doors, windows, stairs, a hearth, drawbridge, etc.
Because of the size and number of the rooms they were simply too big to upload as one clean folder, so I've broken them up into 3 sections for you below. And while there aren't any 'official' assets made for the interior of a castle, I'd recommend you consult our Map Archive where you'll find a list of all of the public and private asset packs I've made, many of which should work quite nicely with these rooms. I'd suggest checking out the Tavern Assets, Urban Assets, Dungeon Assets, General Assets, and Statue Assets as natural companions here if you're not sure where to start.
