But still, it was something of A Project. I hope you enjoy watching my adventures!

The Mistcloak was definitely more frustrating, though I think they ended up about the same amount of work.

Thank you!

Leggings, perhaps. There are some large arteries in the legs that you'd want to protect from stabbing.

Anders

Successful cat food unboxing! Bonus! :)

Well I vote for all the ideas you listed! What was more work do you think this or the Mistcloak? It turned out great!!

Way to go! Looks great - stylish AND functional! In terms of future projects, in order of difficulty I think it goes bracers (least difficult), fingerless mittens (just the thumb), fingerless gloves (some sort of provision for individual fingers), gloves, gauntlets. But I think you could get knit fingerless mittens and attach leather scales relatively easily!

That's fantastic! Wonderful work.

I love you went all Giselle (from Enchanted) on the curtains.

Will you hibernate in the Bear Cave over the winter as well?

Anders

Looks awesome!

Jesse Klein

Nice work! Also, bonus workspace upgrade, gotta love it.

Can I vote for a side project (if you've enough leather scales left over) of testing it as a protection against assorted weaponry? Could the murder dress dagger stab through the scales? Would it protect against a sword slash? (My initial guesses are "no" and "yes" respectively, FWIW)
