I’m testing out an idea, possibly for a new tier, and as a first step, would like for you to send me ideas for sketches! These can be as simple as a name of a character (including your own—just send me reference if I would otherwise have trouble finding them), a subject matter, or more complex scene.
Before I get going on commissions or bigger art pieces, I’d like to start doing a page of warm-up sketches as a regular practice, and I’d like your input on what to draw here!
This can be anything you’d like, but keep in mind I’d like to spend no more than an hour on this warm-up sketch page before moving on, so any given sketch may end up not being finished, or having to be returned to later (though I will strive to complete what I start). Also, I will pull from the pool of suggestions, so your idea may or may not be picked depending on how many I receive.
My goal here is to generate a mindset of working more efficiently and quickly, and not getting bogged down in perfectionism, which should ultimately up the quality and quantity of my works.
I’ll release the warmup sketches alongside major uploads for all patrons at no additional charge to you.
