Yeah that carrot thing on salads is not uncommon here. Peels are used as garnish for the salad, or the peeler can be used to slice the carrots into small strips. I honestly never even took notice of what Rachel was doing in any of the times I have seen this episode over the years, since it was completely normal to me lol. But oh my god, I love Janice episodes. I know some people don't like her, but I absolutely adore her. Loved your reaction :)
