So here we are, you are about to enjoy a pleasant weekend but I must insist you peak at what your rats been doing in the sawdust.

I’ve spent the past few weeks learning how to cut and sew leather and make armour and a mask. Working with leather is fricken cool and there are so many detailed patterns online! The only downside is that it’s extremely expensive. I feel very fortunate to have your support in times like this because I can actually afford to buy materials! I found this very beautiful almost iridescent silver leather which I’m very obsessed with. I also love the smell of it.

I decided to go for a Dobermann pinscher design. You all had very compelling arguments as to what animals a gun woman should be. I thought the idea of police dogs was compelling. I also didn’t know that gun owners sometimes thought of themselves as “sheepdogs” protecting the sheep. I think I could push the “gun” part of the costume a bit further but I tied in the bullet wound design from the gun shirt.

I bought these crazy inflatable toy machine gun pool toys which I think might amplify the absurdity of the costume.

I’m a bit self conscious about this outfit because it’s so insane but I think I need to just lean into it! I have to film but I’m scared…I will muster up the courage and be accountable. I’m going to try and film this upcoming week ahhhh
