Cage Build Guide, Stairs and Greebles

I've just added a the build guide for the cage tile to -- 000 New Files --\Upgrade Set - HQ04 Terror in the Tundra There's a couple of new options for the pit level piece depending on if you want to overlay everything on an existing board or have it slot in place of the room underneath for more depth to the pit.

I've also added some new stairs to get your adventurers up 1 level height in a single square without the need for the platform piece if you use the modular stairs.

There's also a new folder full of greebles to fill any unused clip holes. The floor ones are handy if you don't want to double up on walls or need to create some more space for swinging swords in the smaller room tiles.

Slide tile and some ice tiles are up next along with some extra potions :)

The Dragon's Rest

Donde estan estos archivos, n ha pasado ni un mes y ya no estan en su ubicacion, no se supone que los vas a dejar un mes?

Unai Sesumaga

They all look fantastic as always

Kibri Oakbright

Thank you. I found them.

Hey Colin, a couple of Essentials - Dragon Drops\Tools\DD Plug v01 in opposite corners is enough to hold the floor in place.

The Dragon's Rest

What parts if any do I use to attach the two bases together ?

Colin

There's been a few show on the Discord that have printed no problem. The breaking off at the column sounds like an odd place for it to happen. If you can jump on the Discord and post pics might be easier to troubleshoot if there's a printing problem https://discord.gg/ZdA9gm6SxV

Great, FANtastic, mind-blowing work... Outstanding Thank you

Success. Had to go with my own supports. If you can think of a way to strengthen the connection between the chain and the top corners of the cage, it would help a lot. Even once printed and supports removed, it is a fragile item. On to primer and paint.

All in all I've been having a good time printing and painting Dragon's Rest files. https://photos.app.goo.gl/7TegbR1DRHEWvnHm6

3 attempts at printing and removing the supports with as much care as I can, and no joy. Following Dragon's Rest recommendation and taking the model in to the slicer and replacing the supports. I'm not optimistic. Anyone else able to print this and remove the supports without braking it?

jeff copus

right, can be intersting

Philippe - Broken Arms Workshop

Hey Jeff, if you right click the part in your slicer you can split it to parts and delete the supports to add manual ones if you want.

The Dragon's Rest

I cannot separate the supports from the chain/pully. Those supports are to heavily connected on my prints. Oddly it brakes the column off before the chain. I think I see a .5 mm separation. Can you try an alter support, or can I get a version that does NOT have your supports?
