Reboot - [ 2013/2025 ]

A few days ago I found this old WIP in the vault, which I remember sending DAYS on at the time. Having been feeling a little art-blocky recently, I decided to challenge myself to do a whole repaint over the old image in one sitting.

In total it took about 3-4 hours and the biggest hurdle was just letting it go once it was time for bed - not making it perfect, just wrapping it up, so, while it's very unfinished, it was genuinely a super healthy experience to see not just much I've progressed but how much I can do in a short amount of time if I let myself just 'get on with it'.

Incidentally, I also managed to get the full timelapse of the process so I'll be uploading it shortly as a Patreon-exclusive post.

And while we're here, just a note to let you all know that I had family over from the US this week so I decided to take a few days to spend time with them and - hurrhurr- reboot myself, so this month's update will be coming around in a couple of days once I'm rested and settled.
