2021-03-22 17:46:46 +0000 UTCJudy's expression and body stance: relaxed, adoring, her love for Nick totally on display without being overblown. The way she leans forward, and Nick's causal stance. It's hard to convey emotion with body positioning beyond the usual portrayals of fear or anger, so this is a treat. Also, the diagonal from Nick to Judy puts him in the "superior" position despite the fact western viewers view images left to right, so you look where Nick is looking first, then the counter-balance of the diagonal of the window sill reverses that and pulls your view back from Judy to Nick. This is a very sweet pic, but it's also very well constructed.
