Not For Broadcast resolutions unlocker

Whenever shovelware is sent to the /r/ultrawidemasterrace curator on Steam, you know the creators' goal is to use the established platform to promote their game for free, but when we receive an already popular game from a reputable publisher with 16:9 heavily enforced, what is the logic? Empathy being in the human nature, I want to believe that their intentions are good and they just want honest feedback on the state of ultrawide support, but it's really tough to believe when all the facts are against them.

Enter Not For Broadcast, which forces 16:9 resolutions two ways. Not only did they select to limit to 16:9 in the Unity editor, but they also coded in a check against the 16:9 aspect ratio to ensure that no other resolutions appear for selection in the game.

Well, the good news is that they provided the game and that allowed me to fix it! The solution will remove those checks and should allow to select any resolution. No more black bars in borderless or stretching in exclusive fullscreen.

One unfortunate and significant issue I noticed is that it's unlikely to work for 32:9 and wider because of the UI scaling. There will be softlocks between levels, caused by the Continue button being out of view (somehow experienced by at least one user natively too). I tried to address it by switching the scaling behavior, but the game appears to do its UI two ways as well, so while that would probably fix the softlocks, it would introduce UI overlapping issues and make the UI too small to see at other scenes. I think it's possible to just Alt+F4 at the softlocks at 32:9 and resume, but it's up to each user to decide whether they find it comfortable enough.

March 16 update: Thanks to my research into The Sexy Brutale, I was able to fix the UI issues and published an updated patcher.

There were UI issues even at 21:9, causing some buttons to be partially cropped. 32:9 users benefit the most from the update, but it wouldn't hurt to try the updated solution even at 21:9.

Is everything fixed with this March 16 patch, or are there any lingering issues? They were only at 32:9 anyway, right?
