Alfa System May be better known now by gamers for the Shikigami no Shiro shooting game series. But before that start on PlayStation 2 and Arcade they try a light gun game on PlayStation. This game was special because Masamune Shirow designed all the police team characters for the game and the robot enemy!! Shirow was very famous in Japan for Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell Manga and that make this game interesting. ❤️

The game is also cool and has good style! 😀 You can play with control pad which is difficult but with the gun definitely best. The game moves in 3D but all the enemy are 2D .. there are lot of explosions and action in the future city and many cool boss fights because Shirow did some good designing. Also the anime scenes are many during the game to make the story more important.

There was a Limited Edition box released that was in association with Konami. That is because the Horned Owl game was design to work with Konami’s Hyper Blaster light gun (it was the first light gun release for the PlayStation! ) . If you did not have the gun you could use the PlayStation mouse.. but if you got the Limited Edition box the gun come together!
