Before we look at the Zillion anime in Japan and all about the connections with Sega. Sega was involved in the show production and had the license for make two video games for the Sega Mark III console (this is call Master System in foreign country ). The games came out very quickly! The anime is first shown in 1987 and both the Zillion games also were release in 1987.. this is because Sega had the games ready from the beginning.

Both the Zillion games were release by Sega in western countries even when not many kids know anything about the anime show.
