Blast Wind is a shooting game for Sega Saturn by Technosoft. This company is famous for many games but the Thunder Force games are the best known. Blast Wind is an interesting game for many reason!! It only came out for Sega Saturn in Japan only, and there was no PlayStation versions.

But why interesting?

Blast Wind was design to be arcade game first but then never came out! The reason for this is still not known. Some people say it was suppose be call Inazuma Saber and there was a 1994 date it would be release. Some magazines report about this in Japan and some people say that Technosoft let people try the arcade game prototype in Sasebo which is where Technosoft office was.

It is a good game! There are many interesting things about it. In this game you can hit buttons with your ship to change the path. That mean the stages have different ways to go and also different boss fights. Very cool!! You also have two weapons can change between and when you get the power up you can shoot lightning to destroy enemies. It not the best shooting game because I feel the ship a little big and too fast.. but the design is very beautiful. You can try!
