It is the Sega Saturn hand bill for Doom I & II which I found out is quite well known for being a bad version of the game. Interesting here is Soft Bank ソフトバンク are the Japan publisher for it. And actually they release many western game in Japan in this time like Destruction Derby and Krazy Ivan!
