Patron Messages | Video Upload Delay!

For the people in the VIPeach Gold Live Chat group, you already know all about this. But for you guys not there I want to let you know what has happen. A few days ago one of my picture seem to disappear  from the mobile app. The one with the boobs show.  I google this and guess that it was remove by Patreon for be adult content. But not 100% sure because some people can see and some can not  ( I also can not see .)

I then decide do the age verification button which mark the page as 18+ to protect my account from any problem. But this cause many problems I did not know about.. now the page is 18+ I can now not:

- quickly upload videos directly to Patreon server (they want me pay $144 to Vimeo for a year and then link video  here which really slow down my working day!)

- my preview pic is now so blurry  it no longer really the preview. Is like flat color and bit useless for social media share

- My only downloadable product was removed. a personal video message for birthday or other things. I then find out 18+ not allowed  any downloadable product either....

- I am remove from all searches in the Patreon site.. so anyone type gamergirl will not find me.

I have now contacted Patreon support to ask if I can change back to not 18+

I have ask them to check my page content and tell me if it is 18+ content or not. but they very slow these days. They suppose to reply within 48 hours but I wait almost a week for the last message I send and no reply yet..

This means there will be a delay  on message and short videos until the problem is fix.

There will still be videos from YouTube! But until I know what to do to solve this the small video will hold. If I need to pay $144 to Vimeo to host then that is what i will do.. But now must wait to see.
