Scammed :/

Long story short - guy commissioned sculpture, paid 130$ out of 290$, I awaited payment for MONTHS after the sculpture was already completed. After yet another polite reminder about the payment he told me "graciously" that I can keep the money (not even half of agreed payment...) and blocked me. So yeah. Only good thing is that I didn't ship the sculpture his way...
I don't know what else to do with her, but I am thinking of offering her for the remaining $160, what do you guys think about this?
She's around 6.5 inches high. Shipping to US/Europe would be included.
